About Course
Course Overview
At IDEI, character and leadership aren’t extracurriculars—they are the core of our daily operations. Designed specifically for the modern teenage mind, this required 36-week lab replaces passive lectures with active execution. Students take the spiritual lessons learned in morning Bible study and immediately translate them into workforce readiness, emotional resilience, and professional soft skills.
The Daily 45-Minute Sprint
To prevent “screen fatigue” and build professional muscle memory, the lab operates on a highly structured weekly rhythm:
Mondays (Assess): Students audit their academic pacing and set measurable weekly goals.
Tuesdays (Develop): Rapid-fire soft skill drills (e.g., elevator pitches, professional communication, conflict resolution).
Wednesdays (Apply): Dedicated execution time to build their digital Monday.com Professional Portfolios and physical resumes.
Thursdays (Prepare): 1-on-1 mentorship check-ins and grading on the IDEI P.A.N.T.H.E.R. core values.
Course Outcomes
By the end of the year, students will have an unshakeable understanding of their God-given identity (Imago Dei), a completed professional portfolio, and the discipline to confidently step into the corporate boardroom, higher education, and their community as leaders.
